Appluminati Labs Ltd (“Appluminati”) respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our websites and applications (the “Services”) to do the same. This page describes how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Our content
Software, text, graphics, logos, and other original materials on the Services are owned by Appluminati Labs Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party trademarks (including lottery game names) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.
2. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL or in-app path);
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent including: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts for disputes relating to the notice.
5. Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Non-US notices
Although Appluminati Labs Ltd is a Canadian company, we accept notices in a form substantially similar to the U.S. DMCA process so rights holders worldwide can contact us efficiently. Applicable Canadian copyright law also applies.
7. Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may expose you to liability. Consider consulting counsel before sending a notice.
