Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and applications published by Appluminati Labs Ltd (“Appluminati”, “we”, “us”), including Winners Edge and other products hosted at winnersedgeapp.appluminati.com and www.appluminati.com (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are

2. Entertainment only — not a lottery
Winners Edge and related lottery tools are for entertainment and information only. They generate or analyze number combinations using historical draw data. They do not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, pay prizes, or increase the probability of winning any lottery.
Official lottery games are offered only by authorized operators. You must buy tickets from an official retailer or the operator’s own channels. Always confirm winning numbers and prize claims with the official operator.
3. No affiliation or endorsement
Appluminati Labs Ltd is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, British Columbia Lottery Corporation, Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Loto-Québec, or any other official lottery operator. Names of lottery games are used only to identify publicly reported results.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to play lottery games in your province or territory (typically 18 or 19 in Canada) to use lottery-related features. The Services are not directed at children. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
5. Accounts
Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Responsible play
Lottery play involves risk of financial loss. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, seek help through responsiblegambling.org or local resources.
7. Historical data and no guarantees
Draw histories, frequencies, labels, odds charts, and similar figures are estimates based on archives and prize ladders that may be incomplete. Each draw is random and independent. Past results do not predict future results. We do not warrant that data is complete, current, or error-free.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and original content, are owned by Appluminati Labs Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. 10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Services you consent to that policy where consent is required.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLUMINATI LABS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL WIN ANY PRIZE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLUMINATI LABS LTD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, TICKETS, OR PRIZES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory in which Appluminati Labs Ltd is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction there shall have exclusive venue, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
