Privacy Policy
Appluminati Labs Ltd (“Appluminati”, “we”, “us”) publishes consumer apps and websites, including Winners Edge. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use www.appluminati.com, winnersedgeapp.appluminati.com, and related applications (the “Services”).
We do not sell personal information.
1. Who is responsible
Appluminati Labs Ltd is the organization responsible for the Services. Privacy questions: support@appluminati.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on the product, you may create an account with an email address and password, and accept the Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and (where required) consent for electronic messages. We may store a hashed password, acceptance timestamps, consent wording, and the IP address recorded at signup. You may enter content such as lottery numbers for analysis; that input is sent to our API to look up historical draws. We do not ask for payment card details or government ID solely to browse this corporate website.
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, subject, and message so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
- Technical logs from hosting providers (for example IP address, date and time, pages or API paths requested, browser or device type, and approximate location derived from IP).
- Device identifiers needed to operate certain app features.
- Security and error diagnostics needed to operate the Services.
We do not currently
- collect precise GPS location for our corporate site;
- use the Services to run third-party advertising networks on this website;
- knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we add analytics or card payments later, we will update this policy before those features collect additional data.
3. How we use information
- to provide and improve the Services;
- to create and secure accounts, including activation emails where applicable;
- with your express consent (including Canada’s anti-spam law / CASL where it applies), to send product emails;
- to respond to contact requests;
- to keep the Services secure, reliable, and legally compliant;
- to understand aggregate usage (for example whether a route is failing).
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing the service you request; our legitimate interests in operating a secure business; consent where we ask for it; and compliance with law. In Canada we follow applicable private-sector privacy law, including PIPEDA where it applies.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us host, email, and operate the Services, under contracts that limit use of your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and hashed passwords where accounts exist. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Children
The Services are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@appluminati.com and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to withdraw consent. Contact support@appluminati.com. You may also complain to your privacy commissioner or other supervisory authority.
10. International transfers
We may process information on servers outside your province or country. Those locations may have different privacy laws than your home jurisdiction.
11. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies used on our websites.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy where permitted by law.
